What you’re getting

Time to Detach

Begin a detach session by tapping the virtual card on the screen. This will prompt you to either use a slider, or tap your physical detach card to begin a detach session and block distractions. The changed background serves as further visual confirmation that you are currently detached.

Custom Presets

Group your apps and websites into presets by either selecting what you want to block or allow. Before starting a detach session, choose one of your custom presets and the app will automatically enforce the specific blocks and allows which you have set.

Automated Routines

If you would like to consistently detach at specific times/days of the week, reduce your grunt work and create custom routines which will automatically begin and end detach sessions based on the times you have set.

Insightful Analytics

Track your daily detached time in the analytics page. Seamlessly view and track your progress by analysing the numbers or graph.

Lockdown Mode

For those extra sneaky users, we have an optional lockdown mode which can be toggled to prevent deleting the app to bypass the blocking mechanism during a detach session.

Emergency Attach

We do acknowledge the rare cases where you may not have your card but require to immediately unblock all applications and websites. Therefore we have provided 3 emergency attaches to instantaneously unblock your apps and websites during emergencies, guilt free.

How does this compare with other screen time apps?

The card component adds additional friction because you are required to get it, then physically tap it to end a detach session instead of simply tapping a button like in traditional apps or Apple's Screen Time feature. Keep the card in another room or at home while you're outside and feel the magic happen. You can go even further to enable lockdown mode to completely prevent cheating by deleting the app.

Is my card personal to me?

Each card is uniquely paired to one account. If someone else wants to use the app, they would require their own card and account.

What happens if I lose my card or have an emergency?

We provide 3 emergency attaches on the app which can be used to instantly end a detach session when required. If you are out of emergency attaches, view your next steps here.

Wouldn't I just be able to just delete the app?

The app has an optional lockdown mode, which can be toggled on to prevent app deletion.
